Listeria Contamination Leads to Recall of Over 60 Ice Cream Products

Totally Cool Inc. has issued a recall for 68 ice cream products across 13 brands due to potential listeria contamination, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced on Monday.

The Owings Mills, Maryland-based company halted production and distribution of the affected ice cream items after FDA sampling revealed the presence of Listeria monocytogenes. No other products from Totally Cool are involved in this recall.

The recalled ice cream was distributed nationwide and could be found in retail stores and through direct delivery services. As of now, no illnesses have been reported in connection with this recall.
